The Family Business

We are proudly independent and family-owned. My journey in real estate began at just six years old, remodeling homes alongside my family. By my senior year of high school, I earned my real estate license and sold two homes before graduating. Real estate is truly in my blood. Today, I work closely with my twin brothers, who own a successful construction company, allowing us to seamlessly prepare homes for the market and maximize their value for our clients.

When I say “Full Service,” I mean what I say. Often, I have wished my clients had contacted me BEFORE they prepared their home for selling. Upwards of 1/2 of my clients trust utilize me in one form or another to personally curate and facilitate the highest ROI renovations for selling or buying a home. This isn’t an added charge–it’s part of what my clients can expect from me.

One of the most common confusions when buying homes is the buying power of my buyers/sellers. Frankly, it can get confusing if you’re not a real estate professional and that’s a massive part of our beginning conversations. I will walk you through what’s needed to get financing, how to simultaneously sell and buy a home with one or more mortgagors, what your buying power is versus what it CAN be and how to shop to get the best rates.
